PATIENT CONFIDENTIAL SURVEY

PATIENT CONFIDENTIAL QUESTIONNAIRE

We are constantly trying to improve the service we provide, and as such need vital feedback from our patients to maintain the highest level of clinical care standards.

As part of this commitment we perform continuous patient satisfaction surveys, and I do this on every patient that has an operation under my care. Patients are asked to complete the questionnaire after their final check up, usually 3 –6months after their procedure.

This is an opportunity for each patient to reflect on their treatment we have provided and to score the care provided by nurse, surgeon, anaesthetist, hospital, and it’s catering. This is done, by giving a score of between 1 and 10, where 1 means totally dissatisfied and 10 means totally satisfied. In addition we also ask for feedback on ways the patients feel we should change to improve our service..

NOTE FROM MR GEORGEU:During 2011 / 2013 there was a company called Harley Street Plastic Surgery that I sub-contracted my surgical services to, in a small proportion of my working week.

In July of 2013 I withdrew my service with immediate effect due to serious and significant iregularities with the way the HSPS company business was being run. Any patients’ reference to this company have been taken out of this survey’s results as this does not reflect the true nature of my practice.
